Now UK registered!
The car is typical of most Speedsters in that it is made from parts of different eras. As such it has been
dated as a 1926 vehicle despite resembling a 1915.
The car is being sold as an ongoing project but is a running and driving vehicle.
Overall, the car is in very tidy condition. It runs and drives but needs checking over before venturing
out on the road. It has been assembled from a Rootlieb body set including wings, seats etc.
It features a dropped front axle to lower the car and a modified rear crossmember to lower the back.
The engine sounds very good and runs on a Truefire ignition system. The car is electric start.
Electric headlamps are fitted. Wheels are the later 21" split rim variety with good tyres.
A high compression head is fitted. A great starting point for a new owner to personalise.
Please note that whilst we endeavour to describe vehicles as accurately
as possible, it is the responsibility of potential buyers to satisfy themselves
as to condition and originality. Please remember that these cars are now in
excess of 95 years old!
